Phosphate Wash
The Blast Shop also offers phosphate washing!
We pre-treat all eligible product with phosphate wash before coating. Phosphate washing adds more protection to the product to be coated and allows the powder to adhere better.
After being washed, the product is then rinsed several times and dried completely before it is powder coated.
